Weekend Therapy Groups For Children
We Grow Together in Community
Our weekend therapy groups offer children the opportunity to connect with peers while working alongside our farm animals in a supportive, therapeutic environment. These small group sessions combine the benefits of animal-assisted therapy, nature and play with the power of peer support and shared experiences.
What to Expect
Children participate in carefully structured activities with our horses, donkeys, mini horses, and goats while working on social skills, emotional regulation, and personal growth goals. Our licensed therapist guides the group through activities designed to build confidence, encourage healthy peer relationships, and provide opportunities to practice new skills in a safe, fun environment.
Session Format

Who Benefits
Individual and family animal-assisted therapy can benefit children and families dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, behavioral challenges, family transitions, communication difficulties, and those seeking to build stronger emotional regulation and social skills.
Getting Started
Interested families will meet with our therapist for an initial assessment to determine if group therapy is a good fit and which group would best serve your child's needs. We'll also arrange a brief farm visit so your child can meet our animals and feel comfortable in the environment.
All sessions are conducted by our licensed therapist and follow established clinical guidelines for animal-assisted therapy.
